Lesson Policy & Barn Rules
Please take a moment to read through our lesson policy and barn rules carefully. Familiarizing yourself with these guidelines helps ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all riders, instructors, and horses. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

-Lessons are billed at the beginning of each month to reserve a spot and must be paid by the 3rd or a late fee of $50 will be charged, no refunds.
-We do not prorate, or change billing.

(please don’t come to your lesson sick I’m happy to reschedule!)
-Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a makeup
*no show =no makeup
-If you are 20 minutes late or later it will result in a no show no makeup
-lesson begins when you arrive at the crossties
Your lesson time does not get pushed back if you are late. ex: 12pm-1pm lesson is still ending at 1 even if you’re 15 minutes late
**Makeups are made based on availability and will only be scheduled one time

Riders must wear pants and a short/long sleeve shirt, closed toed shoes at the barn at all times (no crop tops, tank tops, shorts or opened toes shoes, etc).
Barn manager requests that Family who is staying for the lesson also needs to be in barn appropriate attire (closed toed shoes, no crop tops, tank tops, short shorts etc.)

The barn is a private facility, anytime you are on the property you must be accompanied by a member of EHF.
-No wondering the property alone so no one thinks you are trespassing.
-No petting or visiting other horses that are not EHF horses( treat horses like dogs they can bite, they can also have an illness that’s not apparent and we can spread it by petting multiple horses)
