Our mission is to create exceptional opportunities through horses, providing individualized equestrian experiences that prioritize the well-being of the horse and empower riders of all abilities to build confidence, independence, connection, and a greater sense of possibility.

About the Founder

Jordan Onishenko has spent the past decade and a half immersed in the equestrian industry, building and managing riding programs, training horses, and helping riders develop both in and out of the saddle. Through years of teaching and working closely with horses, riders, and families, she has seen firsthand the importance of creating the right partnership between horse and human.

After years of running a successful traditional riding program, Jordan felt called to create something with a deeper purpose while continuing to provide the high level of horsemanship and individualized care that has always been at the heart of her work. Eagle Hill Farms was created to bring these two passions together—developing horses and riders while expanding access to exceptional equestrian experiences for individuals of all abilities.

Today, Eagle Hill Farms offers therapeutic and adaptive riding, private lessons, horse and rider training, trialing and sales support, and individualized boarding and care. Every horse and rider is treated as an individual, with programs tailored to their goals, needs, and long-term success.

At the heart of Eagle Hill Farms is a simple belief: when you put the horse first and create the right partnership, incredible things can happen.
